We’re in the process of finalizing coaches for each division and still have a few spots open. Each team will have two official coaches: one Head Coach and one Assistant Coach.

If you're interested in stepping up this season, let us know which role and division you'd prefer:

NFC – 2nd/3rd Grade
AFC – 4th/5th Grade
6th Grade

The Fall 2025 Season: 8/23 - 11/23

Practice Day & Times: (60 to 90 minutes normally). At least 1 practice per week.

Fall Flag games are Saturdays usually between 9am and Noon at the football field behind Rippowam Middle School in Stamford (381 High Ridge Rd, Stamford, CT 06905)

What you need to know as a FDC Flag Football Coach?

You can choose your own Practice Day & Times (60 to 90 minutes normally). At least 1 practice per week.

The league will provide you with a coaches bag that will include Footballs, med kit, ice packs & flags
You will need to sign the FDC Coaches Code of Conduct to participate. All coaches must sign and turn in before the first practice. Bring a hard copy or email the signed copy to: [email protected]
